This document contains all conditions governing your use of the 102 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering or using any part of the 102 platform, you automatically agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should stop using the 102 platform immediately.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 102 management. Continued use of the platform after the terms update date is deemed acceptance of the latest version.

102 is open only to users aged 18 and above. Registration by individuals below this age limit is prohibited, and any accounts found violating this will be closed without notice.

Account Creation and Security

Each user is allowed only one registered account on 102. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual—whether using different names, emails, or payment methods—is prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended or closed.

You are fully responsible for keeping your password and login details confidential. 102 is not liable for any losses due to unauthorized access resulting from user negligence in protecting login information.

  • Registration details provided must be complete, accurate, and up-to-date at all times.
  • Users must notify 102 immediately if suspicious activity is detected on their accounts.
  • The use of automation software, bots, or any unauthorized methods to access the platform is strictly prohibited.
  • Accounts inactive for the specified period may be automatically closed as per platform policy.

Payments, Deposits, and Transactions in MYR

All transactions on the 102 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring deposited funds belong to them and come from legitimate payment methods.

102 accepts deposits via local payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and FPX online banking. Deposit processing times vary by method. For withdrawals, users must complete identity verification before the first withdrawal request is processed.

  • Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts or digital wallets registered in the user’s name.
  • 102 reserves the right to hold or suspend withdrawals suspected of fraud or terms violations.
  • Any taxes or charges imposed by financial institutions or third parties are the full responsibility of the user.
  • Funds deposited for gaming purposes cannot be transferred in or out without meeting the platform’s current minimum activity requirements.

User Responsibility and Liability Limits

Users agree to use the 102 platform solely for personal purposes and not for commercial use. Any attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities, disrupt services, or unfairly gain an advantage by technical or unauthorized means are strictly prohibited.

102 is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or special losses incurred by users from platform use. 102’s maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the balance in that user’s account at the time.

  • 102 does not guarantee the platform will be free from technical errors, interruptions, or maintenance downtime at all times.
  • Users are fully responsible for all betting or gaming decisions made using their accounts.
  • 102 is not liable for any losses caused by internet connection issues or device failures on the user’s end.

Suspension, Account Closure, and Intellectual Property

Suspension and Closure

102 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in cases of terms violation, suspected fraud, promotion abuse, or platform security concerns. For proven breaches leading to closure, 102 may withhold the related account balance pending investigation.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 102 support. Closure requests will be processed once active bets are settled and identity verification is complete.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 102 platform are exclusively owned by 102 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, alter, or reuse any platform content without explicit written permission from 102.

Third-Party Links

The 102 platform may contain references or links to third-party services. 102 is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is at the user’s own risk.

Changes to Terms and Applicable Laws

102 reserves the right to modify, improve, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified to users via platform notices or registered email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Users are encouraged to review these Terms & Conditions regularly to stay informed of the current version in effect.

These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any disputes regarding these terms or use of the 102 platform must first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute will be subject to the appropriate court’s jurisdiction.
